Established in 2017, Haney’s Heart To Heart In-Home Care LLC is a newly opened home health care agency. It is founded by three professionals who have decided to come together and strive to become the leaders in the health care industry by managing the healthcare needs of clients within the familiar and comfortable surroundings of their own homes.

Haney’s Heart To Heart In-Home Care LLC is designed to promote professional enrichment and growth of our health care aides. Excellence in patient care, education, research and leadership is our mission where home care excellence is a top priority. We aim to provide responsive and individualized personal care, personal assistance and chore services to seniors and individuals with disabilities.
The whole team at Haney’s Heart To Heart In-Home Care LLC strives to show excellence, leadership and professionalism in the industry. Here are the people responsible for making our establishment possible.
Tracy S. Haney Chief Executive Officer
Tracy was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri where she obtained an Associates’ degree in Computer Networking from Ranken Technical College in 1998. She has over 12 ½ years of experience in the financial banking industry where she worked with clients across the globe including clients in the United States and managing a team of 10 in the Chennai, India office. She has 20 years of Information Technology (IT) experience and within the last 5 years, she is working in the healthcare field as a Project Manager for an Instrument Tracking company that tracks tray instrumentation throughout the Sterile Processing Department within the hospitals.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family. She’s married with a 26-year old step-son, a 16-year old daughter and a soon-to-be 4-year old son. Her weekend is spent attending her son’s Pee Wee baseball games, driving lessons for her daughter and entertaining family at family gatherings. She also owns a realty company servicing the St. Louis City and St. Louis County demography.
Alma Brown Executive Director
Alma was born and raised in Saint Louis, MO and went just down the road for college attending Lutheran School of Nursing, where she obtained a degree in Nursing. While in college, Alma worked for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, a hospital that is listed among the nation’s elite medical centers in U.S. News & World Report’s annual list of “Best Hospitals,” ranking No. 10 in the nation and No. 1 in both Missouri and Northeastern Missouri region.
Apart from being our Executive Director, she also holds a position as a Registered Nurse in Surgery at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital. Her favorite thing about Haney’s Heart To Heart In-Home Care LLC is having the opportunity to ensure all clients receive the best care from the comfort of their own homes.
Alma is very passionate about family and what family stands for and will ensure all clients are treated as family.
Virginia Smith CDS Coordinator
Virginia goes by the her nick-name “Neca”. She graduated from Sanford Brown Business College in 1997 and received an Associate Degree in Accounting/Business Management. Virginia has one child and has worked for Barnes Hospital for the past 7 years as a Merchandise Coordinator and Patient Sitter.
In her spare time, she brings out her creative side by making different items for parties, weddings, baby showers and homes. She also enjoy spending time with my daughter and volunteering in her various activities that she’s involved in. Virginia often times volunteer at Women’s Shelters by serving hot or cold meals for the sheltered residents.
